Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Viventia, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms are between you and The Trustee for The ATD Family Trust (ABN: 71 170 938 521), trading as Viventia.

2. What Viventia is — and is not

Viventia does not provide:

• Psychological or mental health advice or therapy
• Financial, legal, or investment advice
• Medical advice or diagnosis
• Career counselling or professional coaching
• Any form of regulated advisory service

Nothing generated by Viventia — including AI insights, Life Brief content, or coaching responses — should be treated as professional advice. Always seek qualified professional guidance for decisions that materially affect your health, finances, legal position, or wellbeing.

3. AI-generated content

Viventia uses Claude (by Anthropic) to process your reflection answers and generate insights. The AI does not know you beyond what you share in the platform. Insights are generated from your inputs and may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific circumstances.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional advice
• The quality of insights depends on the quality and honesty of your answers
• AI can make mistakes, and outputs should be critically evaluated
• Your answers are sent to Anthropic's API for processing (see our Privacy Policy)

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to use Viventia. You must provide accurate information when registering.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or attempt to misuse the platform.

5. Your content

You own the reflection answers, goals, and other content you submit to Viventia. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process and store it for the purpose of providing the service.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation
• Attempt to circumvent security measures

7. Availability

We aim to keep Viventia available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viventia and The Trustee for The ATD Family Trust are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated insights.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right, or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
